Mask Guidelines

Masks remain optional in most campus locations.  If a member of our community asks others to mask when in close contact with one another, please treat these requests with respect and give them full consideration.

Where Masks are Required

Medical facilities

The Student Health Center and Center for Well-being Programs and Psychological Services will expect students to wear masks when they come into these spaces and are presenting with respiratory symptoms.

How to Choose and Use Masks

Wear a KN95 or N95 mask. These masks offer the best protection against transmission. Masks should cover both the nose and mouth and fit tightly to assure the best protection, with no air gaps.
