Student Conduct

Visiting groups will be accompanied by adult chaperones/teachers/sponsors at all times. We require one chaperone for every 15 students. The ultimate responsibility for each group rests with these designated adults, not American University. Visiting students are expected to conduct themselves as respectful visitors to the campus and not demonstrate disruptive behavior during any aspect of their campus visit. Should such behavior occur, the American University admissions staff and/or tour guides have the right to terminate the campus visit.
