Bio
Peter Morgan is a former full-time law professor who also practiced law in Washington, D.C. for decades. For more than 15 years, he served as the general counsel to one of Washington's largest law firms. He has published a number of articles on legal and ethical topics, and is the co-author of a book on post-Watergate ethics. His law practice involved litigation and counseling on both civil and criminal matters, but the core of his practice in his later career was complex dispute resolution.
