Reloading stored value accounts on your One Card is easy and may be completed online or at an Add Value station located on campus.

Families also may make a guest deposit as a gift to help their student purchase textbooks, pay for laundry, or eat on or off campus through the Eaglebucks Off-Campus Merchant program.

Please review the EagleBucks page for more information about each respective stored value type. EagleBucks may be used both on and off campus. EagleBucks will roll over from semester to semester until graduation or separation from the university. Cash withdrawals for funds in EagleBucks cannot be made at any time.

EagleBucks may be reloaded at any time by visiting onecard.american.edu. You may also view recent transactions and account balances through this website.

Families also may make a guest deposit by selecting the "Make a guest deposit" option and entering the student's last name and AU ID number.

In-Person at an Add Value Station

Value can be added at Add Value machines in:

• Bender Library,
• Anderson Hall,
• McDowell Hall,
• the Mary Graydon Center,
• or the Washington College of Law Library.
