Bio
Barisa Abdifatah has been in the academic field for 15 years. She worked as an ESL Instructor teaching different levels of English as a Second Language to learners in several universities and colleges in the U.S. and abroad. Throughout her years of experience, she held other positions such as the Head of the Dean’s office, Translator and University Registrar.
During her career as an ESL Instructor, she taught different language skills courses, in addition to Career Readiness. In addition to interacting with students, Barisa enjoys singing and playing badminton.
