Bella serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Sociology where she teachs Power, Privilege, and Inequality. With a strong commitment to fostering critical thinking and dialogue around pressing societal issues, she engages students in courses that explore the dynamics of race, gender, class, power, and social justice.
In addition to teaching, Bella works as the Executive Assistant to the Inclusive Excellence Division, playing a role in advancing the university's goals of creating a more equitable and inclusive campus community.
With a background in both academic research and administrative leadership, Bella brings a unique interdisciplinary approach to the university's mission.
Bella holds a Master's degree in Sociology from American University and a Bachelor's in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University.
