Veronica J. Castro is part of the Communications and Outreach team at SOC. She manages SOC's website and social media platforms, producing content, directing campaigns, and collaborating with university offices and centers.
Previously, Veronica worked independently as a freelance content producer for a variety of start-ups and managed all written and visual content for ShopYourFit's The Daily Fit, OhYeah!, and Bolder.
During her time at AU as a student, Veronica had the opportunity to work in the Dean's Office and enjoyed it so much that she just knew she had to return!
Whenever Veronica is not on her phone, she can be seen walking her five-year-old Chihuahua, Thor, and checking out the latest restaurants around the DMV with her husband.
