The OSDS provides courtesy testing for student athletes. If your student is not able to take their assessment at the regularly scheduled time and date due to an athletic event reason, they qualify to take their exam at the OSDS . Please use the Athlete Courtesy Testing Form to register for their exam. Submit the form at least five days before the student's requested exam date with the OSDS.
