Bio
Kim Cayce is an American entrepreneur, business advisor, and executive leadership coach. Her research is focused on women’s entrepreneurship, gender equality and women’s economic empowerment. As an adjunct professorial lecturer, Kim teaches a graduate course on women's entrepreneurship in developed and developing countries. She is also a frequent guest speaker on topics including business plan development, social entrepreneurship and startup marketing strategy. In 2017, Kim was a featured speaker for the Pakistan Women Entrepreneurship Program Women’s Summit in Lahore, Pakistan. She has worked extensively with the Pakistan Women Entrepreneurship Program (PWEP), a U.S. Department of State supported initiative of AU’s School of International Service (SIS) and the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), to build the capacity of women entrepreneurs in Pakistan to create, sustain, and scale their businesses.
