Judy Gearhart is a senior researcher at the Accountability Research Center (ARC) since 2020 and an adjunct professor at Columbia University since 2001, co-teaching the course Human Rights and the Politics of Inequality. Previously Ms. Gearhart served nine years as the executive director at the International Labor Rights Forum and twelve as the programs director at Social Accountability International. She has worked for UNICEF, the International Labour Organization, and grassroots NGOs in Mexico and Honduras on trade, labor rights, gender equity, and democratic participation.
