Bio
Dr. Cara Jackson is an Associate Partner with Bellwether Education in the program evaluation group. She previously worked for Montgomery County Public Schools in the Office of Shared Accountability, evaluating educational interventions and supporting data dashboard development. Prior to joining MCPS, she was the Assistant Director of Research and Evaluation at Urban Teachers, a residency-based teacher preparation program, and a Strategic Data Project fellow through the Center for Education Policy Research. Dr. Jackson also taught in New York City and was a policy analyst for the U.S. Government Accountability Office. She received her doctorate in education policy at the University of Maryland in 2014.
