Jackie Gulley, Managing Director, Mercury Public Affairs 

Gulley is an experienced executive in global communications, marketing, and digital strategy advising clients on executive coaching, brand development, corporate strategy, and media relations. Through her work in corporate branding, she built a strategy of outreach and advocacy for business executives with regulators, third party groups, think tanks, trade associations, influencers, and media.

Gulley's experience in corporate life served as the launching pad for her career as an executive coach – with her years leading global employee communications, crisis and issues management, strategic messaging, and executive communications, she developed the tools and methodologies to help her clients succeed.

She is an advisory board member of the Women's Venture Fund, a non-profit organization committed to helping women entrepreneurs learn how to launch and grow small businesses. She also serves as a member of Washington Women in Public Relations, Public Relations Society of America, and Women in Government Relations.

Gulley is an ICF certified executive coach, with certificates in Management from Harvard Business School and Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia.
