Bio

Mohaimina (“Mina”) Haque teaches Law Practice Management. She is the Principal Attorney at Law Office of Mohaimina Haque, PLLC, and the outside General Counsel of Tony Roma’s, the storied American casual dining chain restaurant. As a General Counsel, Mina provides advice to the Board of Directors and C-Suite employees of Tony Roma’s and oversees the global legal operations and corporate governance. In addition to providing legal oversight and guidance, Mina advises on business strategy and crisis management.



Mina has established a full-service general practice law firm in Washington D.C. that provides Class Actions/Product Liability, Litigation, Outside General Counsel services, Mergers and Acquisitions, Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Immigration services.



Mina’s management style stresses the importance of technology in law firm operations. Her combination of agility and stunning results for her clients has caused her to be featured on Washingtonian, Attorney-At-Law Magazine, the DC Bar Association, Yahoo, and Marquis Who’s Who in America. She was recognized as one of the Outstanding Women of 2021 by Washingtonian.



Previously, she worked in the US Department of Justice and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. At DOJ, she was the recipient of the Assistant Attorney General Award of Distinction for her work in American Airlines /US Airways merger review.



She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Georgetown University as well as Juris Doctor (J.D) degree (cum laude) from American University Washington College of Law. She is a member of the District of Columbia and Missouri Bar and is admitted in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.



While at Georgetown, Mina was selected for the White House Internship Program and worked in the Domestic Policy Council, which is a part of the Executive Office of the President.
