Bio

Megan M. Wallace, J.D., LL.M. (Taxation), is the principal and founder of Wallace Law, LLC. After clerking for the Michigan Supreme Court, Megan moved to Washington, DC to obtain her LL.M. in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center.



Megan focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Her advanced training in tax issues and planning opportunities allows her to craft the appropriate protection plan for each individual and family,
which may include a will, revocable trust, irrevocable life insurance trust, advance medical directive, power of attorney, and other necessary documents. Megan has a natural ability to help guide families through the complex process of settling their loved one’s affairs after death.



Megan is an active part of the Metro DC legal community. She is a member of the Washington, D.C. Estate Planning Council, Estate Planning Council of Montgomery County, Maryland, as well as the Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, Michigan, and Georgia Bar Associations, among others. As an adjunct law professor, Megan teaches Wills, Trusts & Estates.
