Mr. Hamilton, a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, focuses his practice in commercial leasing, asset purchase and sales, real estate development, and commercial real estate finance.

Mr. Hamilton has completed leasing transactions for office, industrial, flex, and retail spaces, and has worked extensively with government contractors, which often have specialized security requirements and leasing needs.  Mr. Hamilton regularly works with institutional lenders seeking to provide equity financing and mezzanine debt, as well as construction financing.  Mr. Hamilton is experienced in all phases of the acquisition and disposition process, having represented both sellers and buyers in transactions involving office buildings, multi-family residences and retail centers.  Mr. Hamilton previously served as Assistant General Counsel at a real estate management company.
