Comparative Family Law The Comparative Family Law Project is part of a series of meetings aimed at assessing the "exceptional" place of the family and family law in decolonization, modernization and development.

Gender, Health and Justice Project The Women and the Law Program is proud to serve as the academic home for the Reproductive Justice Fellowship Program.

Gender Jurisprudence & International Criminal Law This project aims to raise awareness of and encourage research and debate about the jurisprudence emerging from international and hybrid tribunals regarding sexual and gender-based violence committed during times of conflict, mass violence, or repression and to facilitate the investigation and prosecution of these crimes under international law.

IP/Gender: Mapping the Connections The IP/Gender series brings together scholars in Intellectual Property and Gender Studies to present innovative scholarship that unites these two fields.

Student Debt and Education Justice This project proceeds under the premise that enrolling in higher-education should be a benefit, not a detriment, for lower-income students.

Interdisciplinary Project on Human Trafficking This project is composed of a group of scholars, activists and practitioners from a range of professional backgrounds including law, anthropology and sociology-- with different political views-- who share a commitment to social justice involving labor, migration and human trafficking.

The Alice Paul Feminist Jurisprudence Essay Contest The purpose of this competition is to inspire the next generation of scholars, lawyers and activists to make daring and creative contributions to feminist jurisprudence.

Gender & Law Association in India (GALA) Through a series of exchanges of scholars and practitioners in the US and India, this initiative addresses curriculum development, developing linkages between women's rights practitioners and legal educations, and the relationship of legal education and law reform, and clinical legal education.

Legal Doctrine in Latin America The goal of this project is to develop new curricula and teaching methods, including those based in clinical education, to build bridges between academic institutions and women's legal groups, to encourage a systematic exchange of teaching experiences.
