One of India’s foremost Supreme Court litigators on fundamental rights matters, Anand Grover, will share reflections on the history of Indian patent law and the development of the generic industry; the issues that arose during COVID-19, and the use of law and litigation to promote access to affordable medications in India and around the world.  Professors Sean Flynn and Padideh Alai will provide comments and lead a public discussion.
