System Description
AsuccessfulU – Recruitment Module AsuccessfulU—Recruitment Module will be retired after the transition to Workday. Starting 1/2/2024, recruiting data including requisition data, personnel files, search records for affirmative action, as well as offer letters and appointment forms for staff and adjunct faculty will be completed in Workday.
AsuccessfulU—Learning and Performance Modules AsuccessfulU—Learning and Performance Modules will be retired in Spring 2024. Additional information will be shared on this transition in 2024.
Benefitfocus Benefitfocus will no longer be used after December 31st. Current benefit elections will be migrated to Workday and available for go live. Starting 1/2/2024 new employees, annual open enrollment and any benefit changes will be completed in Workday.
Colleague Finance Colleague Finance will continue to be used for December journal entry transactions through January 15, 2024. All January finance-related transactions should be completed within Workday. Colleague and BI will remain open to review activity through December 31, 2023 until further notice.. Starting 1/2/2024, finance-related activities, including checking the status of requisitions and purchase orders, creating new chart of accounts, and running year end closings will be completed in Workday.
Colleague HR Colleague HR will no longer be used after the transition to Workday. Starting 1/2/2024, HR-related activities, including setting up employee records and pay wages, will be completed in Workday.
Colleague Payroll Colleague Payroll will no longer be used after the transition to Workday. Starting 1/2/2024, payroll-related activities, including processing faculty, staff, and student payments, will be completed in Workday.
Eagle Service – Employee Self Service Timesheets, banking information (direct deposit), earning statements, and leave reporting will no longer completed in Eagle Service after the transition to Workday. Starting 1/2/2024, Workday will be used by hourly staff and student workers to record hours worked, and all employees will use Workday to access payslips (formerly called earning statements), and request time off. W-2s for 2023 will still be posted in Eagle Service for employees who opted in for electronic format and will be available by late January.
Equifax ACA Management System The Equifax ACA Management system will no longer be used after the transition to Workday (with the exception of generating the 1095-C forms for calendar year 2023. Starting 1/2/2024, all ACA management activity will be handled in Workday.
Equifax Compliance Center (Pre-Boarding) Equifax Compliance Center for pre-boarding will no longer be used after the transition to Workday. Starting 1/2/2024, all new hire onboarding activity will be completed in Workday.
Equifax I-9 Anywhere The Equifax I-9 Anywhere service will no longer be used after the transition to Workday. I-9 completion information for active employees will be maintained in Workday and available for go-live. Starting 1/2/2024, I-9s will be completed in Workday.
Fidelity Master Administrator Fidelity Master Administrator will no longer be used to make retirement plan elections after the transition to Workday. Starting 1/2/2024, employees will use Workday to enter retirement plan elections, and the information will be sent to either Fidelity or TIAA for further action.
FormPort FormPort will no longer be used after the transition to Workday. Scanned FormPort PO/BPO documents will be migrated to Procurement’s K:Drive following Workday’s go-live on 1/2/2024.
Informer Starting 1/2/2024, Workday will be used to run relevant reports to support HR, Finance, and Payroll activities. Informer will continue to be used, but only to run reports for date ranges on or before December 31, 2023.
Interfolio Dossier Interfolio Dossier will no longer be used after the transition to Workday. Starting 1/2/2024, activities including finding and applying to academic positions will be completed in Workday. Searches that began prior to December 8, 2024, will close out in Interfolio.
Perceptive Invoice approvals will no longer be completed in Perceptive after the transition to Workday. Starting 1/2/2024, Workday will be used to approve invoices. Perceptive will continue to be used to store documents and manage workflows for student, admissions, development, and alumni-related activities. 

How to navigate to AsuccessfulU

  1. Log in to the to MyAU Portal.
  2. Click the down arrow on to Work@AU.
  3. Select to AsuccessfulU.
  4. Click the go to to AsuccessfulU button.
  5. Click to My Learning.
  6. Type to Workday in to Find Learning.
  7. Click the to Search button.
