The Executive Board shall serve as the administrative body of RHA, carrying out the policies of GA, and working to carry out programming and events with the purpose of fulfilling the mission of community building. The RHA Executive Board shall be comprised of the President, the Vice President of Administration and Finance, the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion and Community Coordination, the Vice President of Social Programming, the Vice President of Communications and Outreach, and the Chief of Staff.

Marcus McNeill

Marcus is a Political Science Major and Double Minor in Education & Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies in the Class of 2026. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, in his free time, Marcus enjoys listening to music, writing, and exploring new places in D.C. He is also a CBRS & AU Pride member! Marcus encourages any AU student, or organization to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Ava is an Economics and Political Science major in the Class of 2026 from St. Louis, Missouri. In her free time Ava enjoys listening to music, reading, and watching SNL. She is also involved in the AUSG Undergraduate Senate.
Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion
Anisa Fagan

Anisa is a Business Administration major specializing in marketing in the class of 2026. She's had an entrepreneurial mindset from a young age, which motivated her to start a small business. This motivation led Anisa to start sneaker reselling, which helped her understand the importance of diversity and inclusion, as she had to learn to navigate a highly dominated male sphere.

Isabella Diaz is a Public Health major minoring in Public Administration and Policy. She is from Queens, NY where she enjoys taking part of her culture being a parade dancer. In DC, she is a proud community organizer for United We Dream. She hopes to continue learning how to be a leader so that she can pursue her career interest in migrant health. She can't wait to learn more skills through serving as Vice President of Social Programming through RHA!

May Morgan Lusk

May Morgan is a sophomore History and Legal studies double major from Elba, Alabama. In her time at American university she has served as RHA’s Southside Vp of Social Programming, Is a member of Phi Mu Fraternity, and AU in Motion. In her free time she enjoys ballet, climate activism, and content creation.

Tairy is a political science major with a minor in American studies in the Class of 2026. Early on, she became passionate about advocating for issues such as women's rights, immigration reform, and educational justice. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, reading books, and watching musicals

The Administrative Board shall be comprised of deputies and directors appointed by the President and confirmed by GA to serve as support staff to the organization. These members includes the Parliamentarian and the National Communications Coordinator.
