  • Graduate Housing Guide: Includes popular graduate student neighborhoods and apartments, feedback from current & previous graduate students about housing in the DMV area.
  • Graduate Student Housing Portal: A comprehensive, custom site designed for AU graduate students that includes the Housing Guide and other housing-related resources.
  • Off-Campus Housing: Includes apartment postings, searching for a roommate, and more.
  • Graduate Housing at Wesley Theological Seminary: Limited housing is available to graduate students age 21 or older. Conveniently located next door to AU!
  • Resources for Students Experiencing or Worried about Homelessness: If you or someone you know needs emergency shelter, please contact the Homeless Services Hotline at (202) 399-7093 or dial 311. The Homeless Services Hotline is open every day from 8 AM - 12 AM. Between November 1 - April 15, the Homeless Services Hotline is open 24 hours a day.
