Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)

If you or your child(ren) are eligible for Medicaid or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and you are eligible for the university’s group health plan, your state may have a premium assistance program. Contact your state Medicaid or CHIP office directly to find out if premium assistance is available to you.

The Women's Health & Cancer Rights Act
The Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 provides benefits for mastectomy-related services. For individuals receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner deteremined in consultation with the attending physician and the patient.
